OUR GOAL... $3.5 Million
This past year, God provided us with 10 beautiful acres of land. By His grace and generous givers, we were able to pay cash for the property. It belongs to us. However property does us no good without a church facility on it.
We have specifically designed something that is economically sustainable (rather than a financial burden), and a natural hub to our community (not an empty building Monday thru Saturday).
Recently we were led to some strategic partners (Building God’s Way Services) that could help us make this a reality. We will have an incredible new auditorium for our Sunday gatherings, and a safe, state of the art area for our kids. But we will also have a place to share with the community, such as an event center, a daycare, and a high-end children's play area. This will allow the ministries of Cottonwood to stand out to our community, and give us a greater opportunity for loving them well!
The event center, day care and PLAY area will be separate for-profit ventures. And because we will have ownership in the complex, we will benefit from the financial revenue produced.
The goal is to eliminate a mortgage payment and to create a steady revenue stream that we can then invest in our community and for reaching the unreached. We are excited about our future and seeing how God uses this for the sake of our city!
